Welcome to ELEVATE Skill Development, an initiative of NPUI Media Network LLP. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using our website, platform, internship programs, learning materials, and related services.
By accessing our website, registering for a program, making a payment, or using any ELEVATE service, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.
1. About ELEVATE
ELEVATE Skill Development is a skill development and internship initiative operated by NPUI Media Network LLP. ELEVATE provides structured tasks, learning-based internship programs, project assignments, certificates, and related student development services.
ELEVATE is not a separate registered legal entity. It operates as an initiative/sub-brand under NPUI Media Network LLP.
2. Eligibility
Users must provide true, correct, and complete information during registration.
Students, learners, and participants are responsible for ensuring that the details submitted, including name, phone number, email address, educational details, and project links, are accurate.
ELEVATE reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any registration if false, misleading, duplicate, or inappropriate information is submitted.
3. Internship and Program Terms
ELEVATE programs are designed for learning, skill development, and project-based exposure.
Participation in an internship program does not create an employment relationship, salary commitment, job guarantee, stipend guarantee, or permanent position with NPUI Media Network LLP.
Interns are expected to complete assigned tasks, follow submission guidelines, maintain discipline, and submit work within the given timeline.
Offer letters, task access, certificates, recommendation letters, or other documents may be issued only based on eligibility, registration status, task completion, and internal verification.
4. User Account and Access
Users may be required to create or activate an account to access internship tasks, dashboards, documents, or submissions.
Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential. ELEVATE will not be responsible for loss or misuse caused by sharing login details or unauthorized access due to user negligence.
ELEVATE may suspend or restrict access if misuse, fake submissions, spam, abusive behaviour, or violation of these terms is found.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments made for ELEVATE programs are subject to our Refund Policy.
Users must read the program details, eligibility, duration, and refund policy before making any payment.
ELEVATE / NPUI Media Network LLP is not responsible for payment delays, transaction failures, or refund delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
6. Task Submissions
Students must submit their own work. Copying, plagiarism, fake GitHub repositories, empty submissions, broken links, or misleading project claims may lead to rejection of the task.
ELEVATE may review submitted links, documents, screenshots, GitHub repositories, or other proof of work before approving task completion.
Submission approval is subject to internal review and does not guarantee certificate issuance unless all required conditions are completed.
7. Certificates and Verification
Certificates, offer letters, recommendation letters, and other documents issued by ELEVATE may include verification IDs or digital verification details.
ELEVATE reserves the right to verify, approve, reject, revoke, or cancel any certificate or document if misuse, fake submission, incorrect details, misconduct, or violation of guidelines is found.
Digitally generated documents may not require a physical signature.
8. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Upload harmful, illegal, abusive, or offensive content
- Misuse the ELEVATE name, logo, certificates, or documents
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
- Copy or misuse platform materials
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or team members
- Submit copied or fake project work
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, removal from the program, rejection of submissions, or cancellation of issued documents.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, task documents, designs, materials, certificates, platform structure, and other resources provided by ELEVATE are owned or controlled by NPUI Media Network LLP, unless otherwise stated.
Users may use task materials only for personal learning and internship completion. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, modification, or commercial use of ELEVATE materials is not allowed.
Students retain ownership of the original project work created by them, but ELEVATE may review, verify, and reference submitted work for internship evaluation and record purposes.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services such as GitHub, LinkedIn, payment gateways, email services, or external tools.
ELEVATE is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, security, or policies of third-party websites or services.
Users should review the terms and policies of third-party platforms before using them.
11. Limitation of Liability
ELEVATE Skill Development and NPUI Media Network LLP will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, delay, technical issue, missed opportunity, data loss, platform downtime, or user-side error arising from the use of our platform or services.
Users participate in programs voluntarily and are responsible for completing tasks, maintaining access to their accounts, and submitting correct information.
12. Platform Changes
ELEVATE may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, task, feature, fee, certificate format, process, or platform service at any time based on operational requirements.
Updated terms, policies, or program rules may be published on the website or communicated through official channels.
13. Termination of Access
ELEVATE may suspend or terminate user access if the user violates these Terms of Service, submits false information, misuses documents, engages in misconduct, or attempts to harm the platform or its users.
Termination may result in cancellation of task access, rejection of submissions, or revocation of issued documents.
14. Privacy
Use of ELEVATE services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how user information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
By using the platform, users agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute related to ELEVATE services, programs, payments, certificates, or platform usage shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where NPUI Media Network LLP operates, unless otherwise required by law.
